    When I drink caffeinated drinks, twelve hours before bed, I do not sleep well. Or when it’s hot and muggy outside or when I am worried. Plus I have a gang in my neighborhood, that do property damage, so that does not help either. To boot, thanks to my ex, I have PTSD.
