One comment on “Daily Porn is Not Good for Your Mental Health

  1. Of course, viewing porn is depressing! Even though it momentarily excites, thrills, and energizes, the after effect is a letdown. After all, I found myself craving flesh, environments, and situations I can’t have. I enjoyed the pornography by reducing the participants to body parts. I may acknowledge that the person is a soul-bearing creation of God, but as I anticipate the next image and hope for optimum lighting of the vaginal lips, an athletic pose that allows for agressive penetration, or perhaps a naughty smile accompanying a playful separate of butt cheeks, I necessarily reduce the value of the human soul. And why would I be any different? My own self-worth cannot help but diminish.
The only way to elevate my own self-worth is evelvate the worth of other people without regard to whether or not their behavior makes them seem deserving of respect.
